Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.
Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery
Products must be unopened and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Opened products may be eligible for return only if there's a quality issue or defect.
How to Return a Product
- Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order containing the item you want to return
- Click on "Return" or "Request Return"
- Select the items you want to return and provide a reason
- Submit your return request
- Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
- Pack the items securely and ship them back to us
Alternatively, you can contact our customer service directly with your order number to initiate a return.
Eligible Items for Return
Eligible:
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Products with manufacturing defects
- Damaged or incorrect items received
- Expired products (if received before expiry date)
Not Eligible:
- Opened products (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Returns requested after 7 days
- Products without original packaging
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- We'll verify the product condition and eligibility
- You'll receive an email confirmation of the refund approval
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days
Refund Amount: Full refund for eligible returns, excluding original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges:
- Free returns: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we cover return shipping
- Customer pays: For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
- We'll provide a prepaid return label when applicable
Exchange Policy
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order. We'll process your refund promptly so you can reorder.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that doesn't meet our quality standards:
- Contact us immediately with photos and order details
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be free of charge
