Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery

Products must be unopened and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Opened products may be eligible for return only if there's a quality issue or defect.

How to Return a Product

  1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order containing the item you want to return
  3. Click on "Return" or "Request Return"
  4. Select the items you want to return and provide a reason
  5. Submit your return request
  6. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
  7. Pack the items securely and ship them back to us

Alternatively, you can contact our customer service directly with your order number to initiate a return.

Eligible Items for Return

Eligible:

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Damaged or incorrect items received
  • Expired products (if received before expiry date)

Not Eligible:

  • Opened products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Returns requested after 7 days
  • Products without original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  1. We'll verify the product condition and eligibility
  2. You'll receive an email confirmation of the refund approval
  3. Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  4. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days

Refund Amount: Full refund for eligible returns, excluding original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges:

  • Free returns: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we cover return shipping
  • Customer pays: For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label when applicable

Exchange Policy

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order. We'll process your refund promptly so you can reorder.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that doesn't meet our quality standards:

  • Contact us immediately with photos and order details
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be free of charge
  • We'll investigate and take steps to prevent similar issues
